Resources

  • About 13.6% of adults aged 18-25 had serious thoughts of suicide in the past year, with 22% of high school students reporting having seriously considered suicide (NAMI).

  • Suicide is the second leading cause of death among individuals aged 10-34 (NAMI).

The Problem

As adolescents, our perspective encourages us to be an advocate for mental health awareness. Our generation faces unprecedented levels of stress and anxiety, all while balancing studies, work, and personal lives. We set out to address the urgent need for support and resources that resonate with all types of individuals.

Our perspective allows us to connect with those we aim to help, building trust within each other and ultimately fostering a community of accessibility and support.
