Our Work

We run to make a difference.

Through running, we are dedicated to promoting well-being and raising awareness about the crucial issue of mental health.

We channel the support and donations we receive into funding clinics that offer pro bono therapy and resources, ensuring that individuals in need have access to mental health services.

Please see where we work and who we work with below.

Who We Work With

  • The Josselyn Center

Embrace proudly partners with The Josselyn Center, a certified Community Mental Health Center located in the Chicagoland area, that offers therapy, psychiatry and other specialized services to individuals and families in need, regardless of ability to pay.

By supporting us, you help The Josselyn Center increase their capacity to take on more pro bono work.

  • The Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia (CHOP)

Through your support, CHOP will be able to provide affordable clinical care to those in need.

In addition, they will be able to progress their Youth Suicide Prevention, Intervention, and Research Center, which aims to improve the identification and treatment of depression and other mental illnesses that can lead to suicide in children and youth.

What We’re Trying to Achieve

Raising Money

We raise money to provide financial assistance to clinics who provide pro bono therapy and counseling to those struggling.

Amplify Stories

We aim to promote greater awareness of mental health through our newsletter and hope to eliminate the associated stigma revolving it.
