Who We Are

Our Mission

At Embrace Mental Health Foundation, we understand the profound impact that access to quality mental health care can have on a person's life. That's why we dedicate our proceeds to pro bono counseling to those who seek it. We believe that everyone deserves a safe space to talk, heal, and grow. We are here to provide that support with compassion and understanding. Together, we can make a difference one conversation at a time.

Our mission is to raise mental health awareness and financially contribute to clinicians that offer pro bono counseling and resources to those who are struggling with mental health.

Our Goals

  • To expand means to grow, stretch beyond current limitations, and explore new possibilities.

Expanding our reach and impact will help create an environment where mental health is openly discussed, understood, and prioritized, breaking apart stigma and building supportive networks in our communities.

At Embrace, we're dedicated to broadening understanding of mental health, promoting an empathetic outlook, and fostering personal growth.

  • Through running and pushing ourselves beyond our physical limitations, Team Embrace strives to build strength and resilience when faced with times of adversity.

Our hope is through our journeys, we will inspire individuals to build resilience and strength as well as helping them navigate the complexity mental health brings. Through fundraising and advocacy we strive to create a world where enduring challenges leads to enduring change.

  • At Embrace, we wish to encourage individuals in taking the first step in seeking help.

The first step is always the hardest, but with a supportive group of people, it doesn't have to be.

When people feel safe to discuss their mental health struggles and seek therapy without fear of judgment, it sparks a feeling of belonging and refuge. That way, people can take their first step in healing and addressing their mental health struggles specific to them.
