Why Embrace?

Roughly 67% of young adults with anxiety or depression do not receive treatment, often due to stigma, lack of access to resources, or unawareness of available help (NIMH).

Embrace is a nonprofit organization where we aim to fund clinics that provide pro bono counseling and resources to those who seek it, ensuring accessible and compassionate support within various communities.

Through our own experiences, we aspire to authentically connect, make a meaningful impact, and channel this passion through running.

Join us in making that difference.
